Letter of assistance from a lawyer regarding the threat of loss of a bank account

For years, Dutch banks have been ruthlessly abandoning us abroad and closing our Dutch bank accounts. This problem is well-known, and we are trying to find a long-term solution (as in: a ban) through political channels and collaboration with other organizations.
At the same time, we also need to prepare for when it happens to us, and for that reason, we've contacted Fennek Advocaten in Amsterdam. Attorney Lisa Jie Sam Foek ( lisa@fennekadvocaten.nl ) has previously assisted individuals and organizations with this matter and has prepared a sample letter for all SNBN readers that can be used against a bank when it threatens to close their Dutch bank account.
